Harmony Project Sooke

Harmony Project Sooke is a registered non-profit society that provides musical instruments and instruction to children and youth in the Sooke area.

Modeled on the award-winning Harmony Project in Los Angeles, the project in Sooke was launched in 2016 to promote the development of healthy youth and vibrant community through musical education and performance.

Research shows that playing musical instruments powerfully enhances brain development, and our own experience shows that children taking part in music education gain discipline, teamwork, and academic performance, not to mention joy!
